About Mary Adventure Tours
If you’ve spent any time planning a trip to Pokhara, you’ve probably run into the same problem: one company does paragliding, another handles jeep rentals, a third arranges trekking permits, and none of them talk to each other. You end up with five browser tabs open, three WhatsApp threads, and no idea if your pickup time for tomorrow’s rafting trip actually got confirmed.
That’s the gap Mary Adventure Tours was built to close. We’re based in Lakeside, right on Phewa Lake, and we put the pieces of a Pokhara trip the adventure activities, the transport, the permits, the accommodation, the treks into the Annapurna region under one roof, with one point of contact.
Who We Are
Mary Adventure Tours works out of an office on Lakeside Road, Pokhara–6. Most operators in this part of town specialize in a single activity a paragliding outfit, a rafting company, a bike rental shop. We work across all of them, plus guided trekking, so you’re not managing separate bookings and separate deposits for what is, at the end of the day, one trip.
That’s not a claim we make to sound impressive. It’s a fairly practical response to what visitors actually need: someone local who knows which paragliding pilots are flying today given the wind, which jeep driver is free for an early trailhead departure, and which teahouse still has beds available during peak trekking season.
What We Help With
Our work falls into three areas, matched to what’s actually available where

Pokhara adventure activities
Tandem paragliding off Sarangkot, ultralight flights toward the Annapurna wall, hot air balloon rides, skydiving, whitewater rafting on the Upper Seti and Trishuli, ziplining, bungee jumping, and canyon swings.

Pokhara travel services
Bike and scooter rental, car and jeep hire with drivers, hotel and teahouse booking, and domestic or international travel ticketing, including tourist bus bookings.

Trekking and permits
Guided treks into the Annapurna region, from half-day ridge walks and the Mardi Himal trail up to longer routes like the Annapurna Circuit, along with TIMS and ACAP permit processing so that part of the paperwork is off your plate before you arrive.
We’re upfront that our base of operations is Pokhara. If a service involves a trek or activity outside the Annapurna region, we’ll tell you plainly whether it’s something we can arrange directly or something better handled by a specialist elsewhere — we’d rather point you in the right direction than overpromise.
How We Work
A few things guide how we handle bookings and trips
One contact, whole trip
You tell us what you want to do a single activity or a full multi-day itinerary and we coordinate the pieces instead of handing you off between vendors.
Local, current knowledge
Conditions here change with the season and the weather. Paragliding depends on wind, trekking routes depend on the time of year, and permit rules can shift. We work off what’s actually happening on the ground, not a fixed script.
Straight answers before a straight sale.
If a trek is too ambitious for the time you have, or a particular activity isn’t running that week, we’ll say so. A trip that goes well matters more to us than a booking that closes fast.
Plan Your Trip With Us
Whether you’re after one adrenaline activity or a full Annapurna trekking package with transport and permits sorted in advance, get in touch and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll let you know what’s realistic for your dates and put together a plan around it.
